Amazing cheese! We purchased from a very nice farmers market while visiting wineries in Traverse City a few days ago. We loved this cheese so I kept the bag so I could see if I could find online. Well we found their site. Iām going to check out the online store. I was surprised to see no one has given a review on this cheese. I highly recommend this cheese. The flavor is a perfect combination of both the smoked gouda & smokey bacon. š„°bacon is good on everything after all!š
