The De Vor Plain Platinum is the rarest offering in our collection. Reaching nearly four years of age, these select wheels have been hand-turned and monitored for over 1,400 days. Very few wheels possess the internal chemistry to reach this age while maintaining such a profound flavor profile.

The Profile: An almost spicy intensity met with a deep, dark fudge-like sweetness. The tyrosine crystals are massive and frequent, providing a startling crunch. Expect notes of espresso, black walnut, and ancient wood.

Presentation: This is the final course of a lifetime. Serve in small, jagged crumbles. It is best enjoyed entirely on its own or with a tiny drop of high-end, aged Italian balsamic vinegar.
